Star Power: Journey to Deep Space with the James Webb Space Telescope

December 9, 2021 Time: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Searching for our cosmic origins is the ultimate goal of NASA’s new James Webb Space Telescope, set to launch on December 18, 2021. Looking with its powerful infrared eyes, Webb will observe the very first galaxies and stars. It will also search out exoplanets and potentials for extraterrestrial life. Explore all these amazing space-quests in this special program with Bob Bonadurer, Director of the Daniel M. Soref Planetarium. Watch in-person at the Planetarium, or watch it virtually via Zoom!

Please note that there is a limit of 120 people for the in-person showing. NASA@My Library is based upon work funded by NASA under cooperative agreement No. NNX16AE30A.
